What size am I?

Please refer to our individual measurements tables under the product pages for sizing guidelines.

Can I return my item?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your package you have the option to return it. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order and would like to make a return, please be sure to send back the item unworn in new condition with original tags within 14 days of reception for a full refund.

Product returns are not possible for products (ordered and purchased) during active promo, sale, or special discounts campaigns.

Please send un an email to info@siebelle.com with the order details in advance to returning the order.

Please note Siebelle is unable to refund any duties, taxes or shipping costs associated to a return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for return to be processed and then 5-7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

At this point we are not able to process exchanges. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

What if one of my items is damaged or defected?

If you’ve received a damaged or defected item, send us an email at info@siebelle.com with further information and a photo of the damaged item.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We do our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 48-96 hours within Europe, international orders vary.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

Are taxes and duties included for international shipments?

Items shipped outside the European Union will incur on import duties and taxes. Those are not included in our item price or shipping cost, and will be collected from you by the shipping company.

Orders within the EU, will not incur extra customs or import taxes

In case of product returns, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as import and returns fees that might be incurred upon delivery back to us.
