Returns

If you’re not entirely happy with your order and would like to make a return, please make sure to send back the item unworn and undamaged, in its original condition and with the original tags within 14 days of reception for a full refund.

Product returns are not possible for products (ordered and purchased) during active promo, sale, or special discounts campaigns. 

It is important that the return is registered via email and deposited at your local post within 14 days from the date you originally received your order. Therefore please send us an email to info@siebelle.com in advance to let us know that you are returning the products.

We will make refunds by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price as follows:

  • to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if they are not in the same condition as they were in when they were supplied;
  • for any import duties, customs duties or equivalent that we incur relating to the return of your Products; and
  • in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy and to reflect any additional costs we incur if you do not follow our Delivery & Returns Policy.

 

Where a Product is eligible for a refund we will make any refunds due to you within fourteen days from the day we receive the product from you.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

Siebelle is unable to refund any duties or taxes paid on international shipments.

Shipping company

The shipping company will be defined with basis on the destination country.

 

Taxes and Duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges will be your responsibility and will be collected from you by the shipping company.

If you refuse a shipment from Siebelle, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as import and returns fees that might be incurred upon delivery back to us.

 

Defects

We hope this will never happen, but in case you have received a damaged or defected item, please send us an email at info@siebelle.com with a photo of the item with your order number, and we will proceed with a resolution as soon as possible

 

Shipping

We strive to ship our packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

 

Delivery times

Orders made within Europe will be delivered in between 2 and 5 days. Delivery times for international orders may vary.
